We are updating rhe pool and driveway so there is construction. Proces are discoubted due to this slight disruption There are workers around but no loud banging. This historical rustic adobe home set near the mountains offers visitors a popular hiking trail with majestic view of Santa Barbara. Bricks made by American Indians from the old mission church. Island views on one side and mountain on other. A peaceful property with hummingbirds and nature. Get away from the city. Windows exposing the grand mountains.
Historical mission canyon adobe near the botanical gardens and seven falls hiking trail out the front door. 5 Minutes from SB old mission and downtown shops and beaches. About 20 minutes to ucsb. About 10 min to downtown.
The main house is two bedrooms and loft with one full bath. Master has cal king, second bedroom has queen, loft has twin / day bed. Living room has bunk beds and queen air mattress fold out couch. Living room is 25x35 roughly.
The living room has a wood burning stove and two large couches with 65 inch tv and lazy boy chair. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Large dinning room and a full kitchen with laundry out the back kitchen door. Private patio with sun awning, chairs and table. Great for relaxing with a drink and loved one. The home is on a private road with a total of five homes on the street all million dollar homes. Nice quiet road for walks and kids can play.
