There is a shared heated pool and hot tub in complex available all year and is one of the ONLY, if not the only, condo in Pasadena to offer a pool and spa with the rental. This is a great value because having a pool usually requires renting a house at a significantly higher cost and usually will not offer a spa. The pool is heated after Memorial Day and is not heated in the winter.
This 1258 sq ft, 3 story condo boasts 2.5 marble tiled bathrooms with vessel sinks, three individually interior decorated bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, mahogany hardwood floors in every room & quartz countertops throughout.
A marble tiled gas fireplace with a large hardwood mantel is the stunning centerpiece of the cozy living room that features a large, soft, microfiber, sectional sofa and 55" flat screen smart television.
The kitchen has a generously stocked pull out spice rack, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, serverware, wine glasses and more. Feel free to cook a feast in the double oven.
The kitchen overlooks the elegant dining room featuring a dark wood dining room table that can comfortably seat 6 with a stunning dark hardwood NY themed bar that can seat two more.
All of the televisions have a complimentary Netflix account as well as lots of free local and internet channels. Watch the abundant selection of DVD movies, with the family, on the Playstation 4 or play some of the preloaded games(including Fortnite) with an included, complimentary, Playstation Plus account that includes tons of free games to download. Two precharged controllers included.
The living room & bedrooms are all equipped with Smart Assistants that can be used to control the lighting, lock the doors, play music & ask questions.
All entrances to the house require a private code for added security and all of the locks are smart locks that auto lock if you forget to lock them. The private patio features a propane BBQ, comfy outdoor furniture a security camera as well as a Nest doorbell. A security system has also been installed.
Each individually interior decorated bedroom features vaulted ceilings, hypoallergenic pillows and bedding with pillow and mattress protectors. All bedding is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized between guests.
Two of the bedrooms have small desks available for working and the master bedroom features a private bathroom and luxurious, oversized "Purple" mattress. A WiFi printer is also available with paper.
The condo can comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom features one queen bed, one guest bedroom features another queen bed and the final guest room features a cozy bunk bed with a twin mattress over a full mattress and a pull out twin rolling trundle bed below and extra pull out drawers.
This recently repainted condo complex is very quiet and well maintained. Adorned with lush vegetation and river rocks, it is well lit at night, and always feels safe. Venture over a few blocks and you will be among the most stunning mansions and historic homes in the city, including the "Father Of The Bride" house.
Two attached parking spaces in the private garage are available as well as street parking. Please note Pasadena requires a permit for overnight street parking that can be purchased online for a small fee. Limited, fee exempt, street parking is available around the corner.
