The space
Welcome to 'A Spoonful of Sugar!'
The moment you arrive, you're welcomed by a charming front porch. With its inviting seating and views of the peaceful surroundings, it's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind as the sun sets!
On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms designed for both style and comfort. The master bedroom offers a private retreat, with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Nearby is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, access to a shared porch, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The last two bedrooms are both bunk rooms, the first with one built-in Full-over-Queen bunk bed, access to a shared porch, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bunk room has one built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, and shares the bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Also on the first floor is the washer/dryer.
Moving upstairs, the second floor opens up to the heart of the home. You're immediately greeted by the chef's kitchen, complete with a 6-burner stove, high-end appliances, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for 3. The kitchen also has access to a lovely screened-in porch with plenty of comfortable seating. Just past the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a beautiful large wooden table. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the bright and airy living room (with a sleeper sofa), where natural light pours through the windows and French doors that lead out to another screened-in balcony with a charming outdoor dining area. There is also a full bathroom with a glass shower on this floor for added convenience.
For guests who prefer a bit more privacy, the carriage house is perfect! It provides a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, a second master bedroom with a King bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
Outside, there is plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining. Play a friendly game of ping pong or corn hole, enjoy outdoor meals on the BBQ grill, and rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day at the beach!
Located DIRECTLY across from Camp WaterColor, this house is in an ultra-prime location (you may not even use your car once)! It is also an easy LSV/golf cart ride to Publix (less than a mile away)! The sports fields, playground, and WaterColor's trail system - great for biking, walking, and hiking - are all literally outside the front door.
There is parking for 1 car in the garage, along with 1-2 cars in the driveway. There are several parking pads located throughout the community for any additional cars.
This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.
Camp WaterColor is literally ACROSS from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking when the lot is full! The Beach Club is less than a 5-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The ultra desirable location of this home cannot be beat especially for families!!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are NO additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, LSV/golf cart, or other amenities provided to guests.
