Home is centrally located to go to Hotsprings, Rafting, Horse back riding, Canopy all within 1 hour drive! I will share 5 yrs of finding amazing places. I am a US citizen. Two story home, open Loft balcony to first floor. All the bedrooms have Air Conditioning and fans NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 allowed for their protection. Its a two story home with an open loft Balcony. All the rooms in the home are large it is 4,000 sq feet divided in only 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath. All bedrooms are so big that each can be considered a Master bedroom. 2 rooms w king beds! Third room queen bed and queen sofa bed
3 couples can share the home and feel even. One peaceful acre full of birds, trees and fruit trees completely fenced in!
Alarm, electric shutters & Cameras give you security and privacy. Amazing backyard with huge deck, second floor balcony, 2 hammocks, 2 loungers for tanning, 8 person rectangular dining table and 4 person round table. There is a desk in the Master Bedroom and two outside the second bedroom. Huge Dining Room with up to 12 chairs. Great 6 Gas burner stove. Cook and cleaning lady available with notice. The home has more than 20 panoramic windows that look like a painting. No neighbors are close enough to see through ANY window.

The entire home will be yours. You can drive two and a half hours to the Pacific Ocean making it EASY to combine both! Have more time…add the cloud rainforest of Monteverde 2 hours away. Most tours and adventures are in the town of La Fortuna 50 minutes away…but its best to come home and sleep in cooler weather. La fortuna and most of Costa Rica is warm year round. Best climate is in Nuevo Arenal and Monteverde because of their altitude!
