Positive: The house is in a quiet corner outside of Kardamena, you have to walk a bit till you get to the bars and restaurants down in the center but that was fine with us. The pool is the best part here. The appartements are pretty well used and the beds could offer a little more comfort.

Negative: Now this was a special way of Greek hospitality! We arrived early on Kos by ferry-boat and were informed that there was no early check in possible. We came back at noon and the room was still not ready. There was not ONE word of excuse or explanation. We had to wait at the pool bar for almost two more hours till the room was ready. They did not even offer us a drink or a water. The owner was eating lunch there at that time.

Summary: VERY special kind of Greek hospitality...
