This large waterfront property has six large bedrooms and are configured as follows: Upstairs Bed 1: King Bed 2: Queen Bed 3: Queen 1 x ensuite and 1 x bathroom Downstairs Bed 4: 2 x singles Bed 5: bunk bed with double under Bed 6: super king 1 x bathroom downstairs with additional toilet in laundry The house is exceptionally large with: Kids play area with swings, flying fox and trampoline Six genuine bedrooms Three bathrooms Cinema room Games room with table tennis and arcade games Brand new modern outdoor entertaining area under 60m2 of insulated roof Brand new ensuite bathroom New carpet and painting throughout. Ducted air conditioning and heating Off street lock up parking Free wifi. The house is located within easy walking distance of two small shopping centres and Dan Murphy's / Lonestar Tavern. There are many restaurants and cafes within a short drive and Mermaid Beach is close by. Gold Coast Airport is 20 minutes away and Brisbane Airport one hour. The theme parks are approximately 20 minutes drive. Watersports We have included kayaks and stand up paddle board with life jackets. You can kayak or SUP across the water at the back of the house. There is a park on the other side of the water. The kids and adults will love this freedom.
