Summary: Stayed here with my adult children and grandchildren. The apartment is located in a very convenient location however there is currently a large construction occurring across the road so many trucks and traffic control. This is not noted when booking. If it had been I would have chosen a different location. The unit was filthy, there were hundreds of cockroaches running out from under benches, aircon and furniture. We opened the compendium to find out where to put rubbish and it was stuck together with sticky stuff and several, ie more than 2 cockroaches ran out from the middle of the folder. My husband bought bug spray to try kill some of these. The furniture was filthy, the floors were stained and covered in hair etc. we paid $1700 for 3 nights and spent significant time trying to clean this unit. I’m pretty forgiving but this was ridiculous. Advised the manager who told me it’s due to cockroaches being sprayed the week before. Well the bugs seemed pretty spritely so unsure how well your spray treatment is working. Don’t waste your money.
