The space

Each level of this home has a bathroom.
Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - King sized bed, dresser, large closet with plenty of storage space, private balcony.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - Full/Double sized bed, dresser, large closet with plenty of storage, a futon, and private balcony with mountain views.
Bedroom 3 (main level) - Bunk Beds with two single twin sized beds, and a dresser
Bathroom 1 (upstairs) - Shower/Tub, toilet, and single vanity.
Bathroom 2 (main level) - Shower, toilet, and single vanity.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 6 bath towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.)
Kitchen - Open floor plan with visibility into dining and living area. Stainless steel fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee k cups, and sugar.
Coffee set up - Keurig with variety of assorted flavors of K cups + sugar
Dining - Located in view of kitchen, seating for 8 at dining table.
Living room - Brand new beige sectional sofa, 60’ smart tv + Apple TV for all your streaming needs. Gas fireplace.
Fireplace - Gas burning fireplace. There is a key and a lighter to the right of the fireplace. Turn the key to the left slightly, and hold the lighter in the fireplace to ignite. Once on, close the gates for safety purposes. TURN OFF FIREPLACE WHEN DONE. Never leave the fireplace on when you are not in the living room.
Game room - fitted with a wooden seating nook, smart TV, a bar with beer/shot/wine glasses, mini fridge, a vintage street fighter arcade game with 100+ games (great for adults and children alike!), with full access to the back yard and hot tub. We have bath robes for guests located in the game room for the hot tub. Please dry off before coming back into the house.
Backyard - brand new hot tub that is cleaned and maintained weekly, and a seating/lounge area. The backyard is private and fully fenced. Beautiful in spring and summer! In winter, guests and children can enjoy playing in the snow!
Parking- Concrete driveway for max 3 vehicles. 1 additional vehicles may be parked in the yard to the left of the driveway. Parking on the street or in front of neighbors homes is strictly prohibited. You most likely will need AWD or 4x4 in winter months if you live down the mountain. City law requires snow chains in winter months for all vehicles. Parking may be reduced to 2 vehicles in winter months due to snow buildup.
This home does not allow animals or pets, no exceptions. This does include service animals. Reach out and we can help you find a home suitable for you and your companions.
Garbage - Trash must be put in garbage bags and placed in the garbage bin outside of the home. Recycling must be placed in the blue recycling bin outside of the home. If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.
If traveling in summer. Like most homes in Big Bear there is no AC. Fans are provided. We are not responsible if roads are closed due to wildfire evacuation, so we recommend purchasing trip insurance.
