A perfect family home in a great location close to the Smiths Beach surf beach and the Grand Prix race track.Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and 1 single bed and bedroom 3, has 1 Kingsingle and 1 single beds. There is a family bathroom with separate toilet and a modern laundry with facilities. A porta cot and high chair are provided with extra blankets.
There is a modern kitchen with fridge, electric hot plates and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils, suacepans, cutlery and crockery plus more and there are 2 living areas, with smart 2 TV's , DVD player, stereo system, radio and reverse cycle air conditioner plus extra heaters in bedrooms. Wi-Fi is connected.
With 2 outdoors decks, one at the back of the house and the other at the front of the house with outdoor table setting and BBQ. A single garage with a table tennis table, plenty of parking on the property, fully fenced and pet friendly.
A great home to come and enjoy the beach and the area with everything you require. linen and towels are not provided.
