The house was built as an country home for my family on a 4000sq meters plot with flower garden and grape Yard and it is suitable for 2 or 4 people.Between the traditional village of Kalavarda and the ancient city of KAMEIROS it is the perfect base for families and couples . Is ideal for those who seeking absolute privacy next to the sea, away from the busy tourist areas.It is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holidays with your family.

The house has two bedrooms with aircondition, one double bed room and second with two single beds, w.c with shower, living room ,full equipment Kitchen with everything you wil need for self catering, satellite T.V , wireless internet, washing machine and at the exterior of the house there is spacious terrace facing directly the sea offers a view to the deep blue of Aegean sea.
All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets
