Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to expected date of arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, you will be charged for two night's accomodations.
Rental Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. Should you choose to cancel, 25% of deposit will be refunded. Remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
