This is a beautiful brand new 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home located on a 100-acre sugar cane plantation (finca) that's been functioning for over 100 years.
LOCATION:
The home is between the Liberia Airport and the town of Liberia (about 4-5 miles [7 km] from each). It is also about 45 minutes to the nearest beaches, volcanos, waterfalls and other attractions. It's a great spot to use as a hub to take day trips to nearby attractions, or to simply stay and use as a retreat and explore the grounds, lay on the hammock, get some work done, and enjoy the pool and the tranquility of its location.
The property is located on a 100-acre farm but the lot on which the house is located is a 15-acre lot that is beautifully landscaped and ready for exploration, morning yoga and an afternoon sunset. The home is near the main house, where the landlords live, but you still enjoy the privacy of your own space.
THE HOME:
The home offers all of the state-of-the-art comforts such as big screen TV's in every room, a/c in every room, WIFI, hot water, washer, comfortable beds and a beautiful outdoor space to get lost in.
It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, and an office with 1 twin-size bed. The living room with a couch (the couch sleeps 1). The 2-bathrooms have all modern amenities. We have the option of providing you with a playpen if you have small children.
