4 Bedroom House in Winter Park Highlands, Tabernash

The master bedroom is large with a king-sized bed and an attached large 5 piece master bathroom with dual shower heads. The main floor bedroom comfortably sleeps 3 in a queen bed and a twin The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. We also have a nice queen air mattress that can be placed where it's most convenient for you. The lower den is a kids' favorite as it provides a large TV and opportunities to watch movies. The main living area is warm and cozy with the fireplace and a TV and also looks out to the Winter Park Ski Resort. The kitchen is fully furnished with many appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. The washer and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy the hot tub and gaze at the stars that can’t be seen in the city. We bought this property 10 years ago and furnished it with beautiful antiques as well as very nice new furnishings. We have shared our property with friends, family and renters over the years and they have all fallen in love with it and the surroundings. So much so that we’ve had numerous repeat stays.

We love that we are centrally located within all that Grand County has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
