Located on Empire Avenue, this delightful Victorian Village 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo sleeps 4 to 6 and enjoys a quiet interior location in Old Town, with convenient access to dining, shopping and skiing. It is just a short walk (10 minutes) to the lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. In the Winter, the resort offers world-class skiing and snowboarding. Guests will enjoy the rich history of these upgraded vintage condos and community amenities. Access to the community sauna, laundry facilities and common areas are available to guests.
The cozy main level of the condo includes a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bath, a comfortable living room with a 50” flat screen TV above a decorative fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. Upstairs is a loft-style bedroom with a Full bed and a Twin bed and an attached bath including a shower.
