Positive: The location is Excellant..the Room is Suitable for what we needed ..its not massive but we didn't pay top dollar ...and the Washing Machine is a huge asset...

Negative: The company running it are based about 5 or 6 blocks away..useless when your Uber has already dropped u off from Airport...Dragging Suitcases etc through bars and cafe crowds for 30 minutes....the company is a Real Estate company so all Lock Boxes ..Cud be very confusing for older people ..hard enough for us middle aged.....trying to read texd codes in semi dark...then trekking to building.....we had a electrical fault on day 1 and went to re eption which is separate entity... wouldnt help..(u need to contact the real estate set-up)..trekked bak there,,explained.. they came back and fixed and took our spare key with them,,another issue....and on departure please leave the keys on kitchen bench...which isnt possible coz u need them when you exit Lift to get through Reception to exit the building...we Emailed this to them night before and they still ring us day after departure looking for keys...which you have no option but to put in Reception Drop Box ...Communication is poor
