Positive: It’s safe and there’s many shops and restaurants below. Detailed explanation was given regarding entering the property and how to get the free parking. Great for very short-term stays.

Negative: The parking. In order to get free parking (for the first time), you need to get in the premises with a ticket and then rush to get the pass. You have to then exit to make sure you don’t get charged by aforementioned ticket. When I enquired about a refund, I did not get a response. However, the moment I stated I will be staying at the accommodation, they were quick to respond. I would have been ok if they flat out said “no refunds allowed” rather than be left hanging for the whole day. The apartment listing stated there’s five beds and two rooms in total. Unfortunately, the “two rooms” part is very literal. The living room IS the second bedroom… which has three single beds with one sofa. The aircond needed servicing as the room was still stuffy even though it was already set to 18 degrees Celsius. for We had to rely on the ceiling fan for any semblance of air circulation. There was a slight lack of privacy in the only actual bedroom. We pulled down the blinds but the fan (the one we have to use because aircond was just a pretty wall decoration) caused the blinds to periodically flutter and thus temporarily expose us to the multi-level carpark.

Summary: Ok for short term stays, but prepare to make compromises.
