Located in the quaint, small town of Seal Beach, this spacious home offers ocean and marina views! Situated in a quiet part of town and right across the street from beautiful, wide sandy beach-no driving or parking required to access the shoreline! Relax as you watch the San Gabriel River run into the Pacific Ocean and the boats head out of the Alamitos Bay Marina. With 2 rooftop decks and a private balcony, the generous layout of the home provides plenty of space for everyone. State-of-the-art inverter A/C units in every bedroom. Take a peaceful 8 minute stroll to Main Street which features clothing, antique and gift shops as well as a bike shop, surf shop, hair and nail salons and, of course, great restaurants! Feel the waves roll in beneath you as you walk down the Seal Beach Pier at the end of Main Street...you can occasionally see the seals at play from the end of the pier! Simply cross the street from this comfortable home and within a few steps you can sink your feet into the sand and walk short distance to the shoreline...don't forget the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and sand toys that are all provided. Miles and miles of bike paths along the beaches and along the river that runs into the ocean. All linens and towels provided.
