This recently renovated townhouse with modern furnishings is set in a landscaped complex with swimming pool and half tennis court. Downstairs guests will enjoy a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, open plan lounge and dining area and a large flat screen TV. Upstairs two of the three bedrooms open up onto a sunny veranda and all three boast built in-wardrobes.
The main bathroom has been recently renovated, it is spacious and light and has a shower, wooden vanity, large mirror and separate toilet. There is also a powder room located on the ground floor. All three bedrooms are located upstairs.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robes, TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed with small TV and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a double bunk bed. The main bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower and separate toilet. A double garage is also available.
This property is perfect for families or small groups.
