It is located very close to the beach of Kolimbithra while access to the property is very easy due to its location near the road.
The house (84sqm) consists of two floors and is located on a property along with another house. The ground floor of the house has a kitchenette, dining table and a bathroom. The first floor has a large double bed, a traditional balcony overlooking the typical Tinian landscape as well as another bathroom.
Guests have access to all areas of the house. The house has a common laundry area, which is shared with another house.
