Summary: I overhead a front desk worker tell a patron that they didn’t have plastic silverware which is a lie because they have it for breakfast. They could have gone above and beyond to support a traveler. Also, while trying to checkout, all the workers were outside as a line formed with people trying to check in and check out. They saw us standing there and slowly made their way to the desk
