The Space:
The heart of Casa Aguila is its striking dining area, featuring a custom 12-seat
Guanacaste wood table that opens to a 10-meter deck and expansive infinity-
edge pool. Floor-to-ceiling windows, stretching two stories high, seamlessly
blend indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an atmosphere where it’s difficult to
distinguish where the sky ends and the ocean begins. The eagle wing design
allows the wind to circulate and have a pleasant breeze in the common area,
since the common areas are not air conditioned.
The open-concept main floor features a spacious living area, gourmet chef’s
kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated entertainment room with
a 70-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a quartz waterfall island, which
also serves as a breakfast bar, and sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor deck,
offering additional dining and lounge spaces. The outside space offers a BBQ
area with pizza oven and 2 mini refrigerators to enjoy the view and have a
cocktail. Please note that while the living area is not air-conditioned, the open
design allows for natural ventilation, and all bedrooms are equipped with air
conditioning.
Casa Aguila features five beautifully appointed bedrooms at Casa Aguila reflect
the artistry of Guanacaste, with custom hardwood furniture and ensuite
bathrooms featuring a waterfall showers. A sixth flexible bedroom with a queen-
size Murphy bed can serve as a workspace or studio.
The four principal bedrooms, located on the upper floor, each open to private
wraparound balconies with breathtaking ocean views. Each guest suite offers a
full 2-piece en suite bathroom with an outside shower and a walk-in closet with a
