Summary: The hotel itself was very nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety. Unfortunately, I had a major problem with the air conditioning in my room. From the first night, the room was extremely warm and the AC was barely cooling at all. I mentioned it to reception every morning. The first morning I was told they would contact the AC technician; the next day I was told he hadn't come yet, and later I was told he had finally checked it. There may have been a very slight improvement, but the air coming from the vent was still nowhere near cool enough to bring the room temperature down. Luckily the weather during my stay wasn't especially hot, but even at night the room remained noticeably warmer than outside because of the heat accumulated during the day. I slept very poorly for several nights as a result. For my final night, the hotel moved me to another room with an individual AC unit, and the difference was immediate - that room cooled properly and I finally slept comfortably. Overall, I liked the hotel and would have rated it much higher, but having a non-functioning AC for most of the stay, despite reporting it repeatedly, significantly affected my experience.
