This charming, newly built loft studio is designed for one to two guests, offering a comfortable full-sized Queen bed, a private full bathroom, and a private entrance for a serene and exclusive experience. Enjoy complimentary fast WiFi, a well-equipped workspace built in laundry and kitchen, and free parking on street outside.
The space
Situated inside a detached corner house, this modern master loft suite offers comfort and privacy in a tranquil neighbourhood. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the stunning beaches, local shops, cafes, and restaurants that make Mermaid Waters a sought-after destination. A bus stop less than 300 meters away provides easy access to the wider Gold Coast area. It is serviced by local buses, including the 756 route, which connects to various destinations along the Gold Coast, such as the nearby shopping centres and beaches.

After booking, you'll receive a message with details about your check-in, including a personalised 4-digit keypad code for secure and private entry. Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM, with flexibility based on availability.
