A short central passage leads to Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 (each with BIR), a central bathroom (with basin & shower), and a separate toilet for added convenience, while a separate laundry (with washing machine) offers both internal and external access.
Outdoor Areas
The Patio flows seamlessly from the open-plan Living/Dining area through large sliding glass doors. The private outdoor space features a paved entertaining area (with outdoor seating for 6 and an umbrella for shade), perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh coastal air. Surrounded by established greenery and secure fencing, the yard offers a peaceful and private setting. The home offers parking for up to two vehicles, with the option of two street parking spaces or one street space and one secured behind a closed gate in the private outdoor area.

There is one wall-mounted reverse-cycle air conditioner in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room. Both bedrooms are also equipped with mobile heaters and pedestal fans for added comfort.
