Cottage condo opens to large grassy area and has a private courtyard with BBQ and patio table with umbrella. Just a short walk to Community pool. 2 beach chairs, 4 Beach Towels for you to use. We enjoy beautiful weather and a comfortable coastal climate, many shopping opportunities and wide-range recreational options. Portable Air Conditioner located in family room and condo is also cooled by ceiling fans in both bedrooms and dining room and cool ocean breezes.
