This gorgeous home features wide open living spaces, the sun-drenched first level has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living areas illuminated by picture windows to the Second floor bedrooms with wrap around balconies for perfect Malibu Sunsets.
Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac this gated home has an inviting pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and patio with large outdoor dining table and comfy seating areas perfect for Al fresco living. Fabulous ocean views and a few minutes drive to the beach.
Everything in the home is new! The owner has a love for fine luxury vacation rentals and this home is fully equipped with the finest bedding, fluffy bath towels, pool towels, kitchen ware, grills, carpets and more! When you come to vacation, you will notice that we take pride in our professionally cleaned home with pressed sheets for when you get into bed at night.
The dining room comfortably seats 10 guests, and is complete with indoor and outdoor tableware and utensils. There are two living rooms, both facing the pool with endless ocean views. Sun bathing loungers are along the pool edge with floats for everyone to enjoy.
The 5 large bedrooms are all designed in their own unique way, with high end finishing touches of furniture. On the 2nd floor there is the spacious en-suite master bedroom which has a California King with walk in wardrobe and private balcony. There is also one bedroom with a queen bed that shares a balcony and a Jack and Jill bathroom with the the kids bedroom which has a bunk bed style, bottom level is a full and top bunk is a twin.
On the 1st floor there are 2 further en-suite bedrooms each with California King beds, perfect for the less mobile guests.
The driveway is equipped for ONLY 5 cars to park maximum, no more, in the circular driveway. Inside the home we have family board games in the living room for everyone to spend fun times together, beach toys & noodles for the pool as well as beach chairs.
Every guest is required to sign the Short Term Rental Agreement (STRA) and provide a government issued photo ID. Along with a signed COVID-19 waiver for everyone who comes on to the property, over the age of 18 (adults).
Small hypoallergenic pets, under 25 lbs are allowed with additional pet fee of $65 per night + Malibu City Tax 15%.
Pool and Spa/ Jacuzzi heating is available for $75 per night + 15% Malibu City Tax.
