Contessa Condominium Apartments are considered one of the best locations in the Gold Coast providing easy access to Surfers Paradise yet located in the quiet, exclusive area of Main Beach Tedder Ave shops and restaurants. It backs on to it own marina adjacent to the main Macintosh Island parkland between Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. The parkland offers extensive cycle and walk ways direct to Surfers central beach, restaurant and business hub. It is also only short direct walk to the main tramway connecting Broadbeach South to Southport Griffen University. Running parallel to the tramway is the Gold Coast highway which connects Burleigh heads to Southport and to the freeways to Brisbane and Byron Bay within 1.5 hours. Your location is only 10 mins by car from the exclusive shopping along Ferry Road at adjacent Ashmore.
In October- December each year, Contessa is considered one of the best locations and vantage points to view and experience the Gold Coast 600 V8 supercars, as Contessa is located inside the official race track giving you unparalleled viewing and resident access during the race. From Amor'e the track can be viewed for almost 270 degrees and passes right past Contessa's side and front access giving you direct along side track access (Note : Not always available during race week - at owners discretion).
Main Beach itself offers relatively uncrowded beach access as it is a continuation of the pristine surfing beach which runs from Tweed Heads to the Broadwater channel entrance. Tedder Ave in Main Beach is considered some of the most exclusive shopping and restaurant areas in all of the Gold Coast. Just North of Tedder is the Broadwater Marina and Sea World resort and amusement park.
You access key is available initially at reception or in a lock box at the front door for outside of office hours. We also provide a intercom communication system which allows access to your apartment for guests by dialing your apartment number at the front door.
