A designated dog run is available on the second-floor balcony, accessible through a doggy door from the master bedroom. The enclosed area is secured by a white gate, with an entry point in the center that can be lifted for access.
We kindly ask all pet owners to clean up after their dogs using the cleanup tools provided. Waste should be disposed of in the fire hydrant-shaped trash can located by the dog run area. After pickup, please use the deodorizer stored in the upstairs hallway closet and spray the area with water to help maintain cleanliness—drainage is installed beneath the turf for this purpose.

While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities.
Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.
Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy:
Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
