The house is located in a very quiet private street. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests it can be your perfect place for great family holidays as various beaches and activities are nearby. The house is a 2 floor 140 sq.m. villa in a small compound with a big garden and playground for the children.
It is a 20 minute drive from the airport to get to the house. There is public transportation to Athens every 20 min until late in the evening and is just 45 min drive by car to the center of Athens.
Just 800m from the beach walking distance to all restaurants, open-air cinemas, beach bars, water sports and the Temple of Poseidon is at 15km.
The villa is just renovated this year all the appliances are brand new and there is working space for laptop computer.
The house can host parties and events of up to 50 people, catering can be arranged including DJ’s or live music.
In the case of events, an increased deposit as guarantee will be discussed and special conditions ,such as cleaning and preparation costs as well as liability insurance(for the event). Catering services have to be outsourced.
The house is delivered clean ,If you wish additional cleaning services during your stay we may provide it with extra charges.
