This stunning home truly represents the Gold Coast lifestyle & has been built for families and outdoor relaxation. Indulge in a sunset dip in the large ,tiled, outdoor pool overlooking the tranquil waterways. Split across two generous-sized levels, Havana Blue accommodates up to 12 guests & has been furnished with boutique style in mind. The property has a child-friendly & fully-fenced yard, a jetty for afternoon fishing adventures & a pool table which makes this a perfect holiday destination for executive families. GUEST ACCESS: This home is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. Key collection is from our office at 15 Albert Avenue Broadbeach. Check-in is guaranteed from 3pm. Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday. All guests are required to complete an online check in via either desktop, smartphone or tablet prior to their check in date as well as provide photo ID. A member of the GCRP team will make contact with you approximately 1 month prior to check in to arrange this. Check out: We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings. You will NOT be required to attend our office to check out. *CHRISTMAS DAY* Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is closed on Christmas Day, therefore we are unable to accept reservations that require a check-in or check-out on the 25th of December.
