Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Hotel Sri Rembau has a very strategic location, which is convenient for travellers. The bed was acceptable for a budget stay. Upon check-in, towels and the TV remote control are provided in a kit at the reception counter. While this is a common practice for budget hotels and understandable from a management perspective, it does affect convenience for guests.

Negative: I also experienced an issue with the key access card not working and had to return to the reception to resolve it. Overall, it is a reasonable stay for a short visit, with room for improvement in guest convenience and room access efficiency.
