Summary: The rates were the cheapest in town and it is clear why. You get what you pay for. Room was very smelly/stale. The floors were very dirty(had to wipe up a water spill and the white towel was black when I was done) Booked a family style room which had 2 double bed and a pull out couch-convenient. Small fridge, but no kettle, coffee maker or any other amenities that families need. No decorations. Wall paint was chipped with many holes, bathroom fan was broken, the caulking around the tub was moldy/dirty. When first walked in was unclear the room was ready for us from the previous guests. The air conditioning worked very well. Walls very thin, could hear the dogs barking too rooms down until early morning hours. Garbage bins from restaurant were over flowing, actually saw a skunk eating around the bins on night one. The kids liked the outdoor pool. Convenient location.
