The immaculate and freshly painted 2-bedroom is fully furnished with gorgeous views of the community pool, hot tub, charming village shops, and Lake Las Vegas! It has a spacious new kitchen with a granite island, and stainless appliances. It features an open-plan living room and dining area. There are two large bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and its own bath and/or shower. Although there is a laundry room in the building, this condo has its own LG washer/dryer combo. You can get cozy next to the fireplace inside or enjoy the incredible views from the comfy chairs on the balcony.
Provided in the unit are beach towels for you to use on the Lake Las Vegas beach! There is also a yoga mat, a First Aid kit, and all the necessities you'll need during your stay in the condo.
The building includes a fitness room, 2 pools, a jacuzzi, underground parking, and rentable conference rooms or private lounge/party rooms. All utilities are included, featuring cable TV and internet as well! The Village at Lake Las Vegas features excellent restaurants, shops, a grocery store, water sports, nightlife, and many special events and seasonal activities.
