This is a large 4 bedroom home completely equipped with everything you will need or want. Ideal for 2 families to share for a perfect vacation. Primary bedroom is on main floor and has walk in closet and en-suite, and TV. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, two that face the lake, and the 3rd bedroom is ideal for families as it can has a crib ( if desired), a day bed, and a low profile king bed. Main floor is large open concept with view of the lake and TV. The basement is finished with large sectional and TV, and ping pong table and dartboard for rainy day enjoyment.. Comes with full size HE washer and dryer on the main floor. Large open concept kitchen, dining and family room on Main Floor with walk out to either lakeside deck or streetside deck. StreetSide, you are on a quiet dead end street, a short drive or bike ride away to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and all amenities of the main town. Lakeside, the views are exceptional And a Hot Tub on the lakeside deck. The cottage/house comes with 4 bicycles and 2 paddleboards, 2 sets of snowshoes (for winter) Cable and WiFI included. Gas BBQ. on main deck. The beach and marina are very a 10 minute walk away. Theer is a splash pad in the park, which is 7 minute walk down the street. Biking/hiking trails are right outside!
