Modern studio with a lot of space, beautiful kitchen with skylight, laundry, and walk-in closet! Our studio is attached to the main house with a private entrance and gate. Located in Enchanted Lake (Kailua).
The kitchenette is equipped with a full stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. It also includes a front loading washer and dryer. You'll be able to prepare gorgeous meals in this beautiful kitchen and can keep up with your laundry during your stay.
The spacious bathroom will be a welcome spot after a long day at the beach and the king-size bed will be calling your name for a long restful sleep! The TV has access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and YouTube so you can sign in to your accounts and continue to watch all your favorite shows and movies. Our reading nook has two comfortable chairs and a small coffee table to rest your morning tea on. The dining table is large enough to use as both a desk and dining space. Perfect for the remote worker!
Parking for one car is available in front of the property. We are a 5-minute drive to some of the world's most beautiful beaches as well as Kailua town- full of restaurants, grocery stores, regular farmers markets, Target, Wholefoods, Corepower Yoga, UFC Gym, Maui Brewing Company and lots more. We are a 30-35 minute drive from Honolulu/Airport - home to Waikiki and all the famous spots that you know and love! The North Shore is about an hour's drive from our quaint little town and is such a gorgeous one (we recommend taking the scenic route along the ocean.)
No Smoking in the studio or on or in front of the premises please. We are happy to help in any way we can while you are here! In order to comply with Oahu's 30-day minimum short-term rental laws, our studio will be blocked for 30 day segments. Bookings are subject to TAT and sales tax will be included in your quote for any stays shorter than 6months.
