- Access our private lake/pond, via a beautiful walk path immersed in the forest. Its length is around 800 meters long (15min walk). Enjoy the birds, the fresh air, the pure wilderness and reconnect with mother nature. You'll find 2 canoes, paddles, floating vests to explore its channels, small bays, animals of all kinds and its vegetation.
Our lake/pond is not swimmable, leeches are present in high numbers, acting like food for the entire ecosystem. Like described just before, our chalet is not a lake "front" property ;) !
ANIMALS in the wild:
- If your group is lucky, you might be able to observe wild deers, foxes, wild turkeys, woodpeckers, owls, eagles, king fishers, beavers, otters and more....! if you are very very lucky, you might hear at night around the camp fire, coyotes and wolves howling in the distance under the stars.
