The space
This converted studio was originally a Bank, back in the days when they used to build great, solid, square buildings. It will keep you cool in summer with East-West cross ventilation through the apartment (bonus ceiling fan in master bedroom).
Building has NO LIFT, it is on Level 2 with some stairs.
Studio is facing the main street, probably not suited for guests who are overly sensitive to street noise. This gem is perfect for the ones that love the buzz!
It is best suited to 4 adults.
This gem is a work in progress, an art form, so there will be a live-in, cosy feel with decorations constantly evolving and changing. They may not look exactly like the photos, but never in a bad way! Feel free to read books, use the items in pantry, and make yourself at home :) It’s a perfect place to rest within the buzz, especially for introverts (me), who needs recharging but still wanna be within the lovely vibration of this unique hood!
You will never be exhausted of options for restaurants in Fitzroy and Collingwood.
