No parties or large gatherings are allowed. For those bringing a furry friend, one dog up to 25 lbs is permitted; pets are not allowed on furniture and must not be left unattended. Please refrain from cooking seafood (including lobster) inside the condo. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. Free onsite parking is available. We look forward to your stay!
