There is an opulent family bathroom with bath, shower & double vanity, a separate powder room, an upper-level balcony with views of Rowan Street & evaporative cooling upstairs.
There is ducted heating downstairs and a split system heater/air conditioner in the dining/kitchen area. Parking is available on the street but please be aware of restricted times, otherwise there is unlimited parking in the laneway.
