The ground floor wraps around an internal courtyard with a tranquil water feature that flows through to the lounge. The formal living room is infused with sunlight as sliding doors open to the north-facing alfresco terrace and swimming pool, drenched in sunlight all day and framing views over the canal. The kitchen is a functional, fully equipped space to prepare meals and comes with a breakfast bar for slow mornings at home. In the evening, cook up a storm on the BBQ then come together around the oversized dining table, followed by movies at home.
A sumptuous primary suite awaits you. It’s set with a stately four-poster bed and enjoys access to the terrace and walk-in robe. Its grand ensuite bathroom showcases an impressive spa bath and opens to the internal courtyard. The second bedroom downstairs offers a queen bed and a beautiful space to rest, with glass sliding doors that open into the courtyard. Heading upstairs you’ll find two queen-sized bedrooms, each with wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms, one of which also comes with a Juliette balcony. The fifth bedroom is great for kids, set with a bunk bed and trundle—all of which are king singles making them suitable for three adults as well. Parking is provided in the double secure carport. Those travelling with children can also request a travel cot. The pontoon is locked and not available for guest use. This area is monitored by security cameras.
