Summary: The rooms are tired and need a refresh, eg dripping taps need new washers; the doors on bathroom vanity need replacing; the door lock need a puff of graphite in the locks to make them work properly. Nice central location to the wetlands and shops. Best coffee at JK's Cafe - great cakes
