The Space:
Snow drifts past floor-to-ceiling windows while you settle into the warmth of the living room, firelight flickering against vaulted ceilings. After a day on the mountain, you slip into the hot tub and watch the night sky stretch over the trees, then come back inside to gather for a movie, a game of pool, or a long, unhurried dinner. With multiple living spaces across three levels, it’s easy to come together - and just as easy to find a quiet corner of your own.
Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed with chaise lounge and a full ensuite. The fourth bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room adds convenience, and on the lower level an additional full bathroom includes a steam room for restorative downtime.
Outdoor living
Step out to patios and decks to take in the alpine setting between adventures. You can unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fireplace, or fire up the BBQ grill, with outdoor furniture arranged for slow mornings and crisp evenings. Ski access and neighborhood
You’re minutes from both ski trails and the private Kadenwood gondola. Ski out access is located a short walk away, with a trail suited to intermediate skiers, while beginners can take a 3-minute walk to the gondola. The gondola provides a 4-minute ride to Creekside Village for shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. Ski-in ski-out access is seasonal.

Enjoy a double-car garage with driveway parking, in-unit washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace with desk. The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
