Vistas Del Lago is a uniquely designed gated community overlooking beautiful Lake Arenal and Vulcan Arenal. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountainside while listening to toucans croaking, parrots chirping and monkeys howling in the trees, some of which may be on the property you are staying in. We are blessed to have a Clubhouse with an exercise room, saltwater pool, and common area. There is a part-time restaurant that offers breakfast 3 days a week and has a wonderful area with a TV and a large selection of books and videos.
Our community is comprised of ex-pat and national residents alike. Some residents live here year-round while for others this is their vacation home.

Each homesite within Vistas is a minimum of 1.5 acres which provides wonderful privacy and tranquility. The community is gated so access will be initially granted by security. A gate fob will be provided to you for easy access in and out of the community.
You will have access to The clubhouse at Vistas which offers many amenities including a pool, spa, gym, media room, media room, and breakfast. Walking trails to enjoy all the wildlife that surrounds this beautiful place.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.
We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for nightlife, there is also a bar.
An easy 1.5-hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved but not well-marked and there are lots of twists and turns.
We have plenty of parking areas.
This community has 24-hour gated access. On-site security provides peace of mind that you and your belongings will be safe and secure.
We do have one small dog in our personal space. Rupert is a Miniature red poodle. He is very calm and friendly and will not be in your private area.
