Sanctuary cove is a unique residential resort lifestyle in a gated community with 24 hour security, many residents use golf buggies as their transport. It is just 50mins north to Brisbane international airport and 40minutes to Gold Coast airport.
The house is a low maintenance holiday home to kick back and relax in and base to explore all the Gold Coast has to offer. Or when at home take in the stunning views of the golf course and lake from the open plan lounge with lots of natural light and breezes, or from the upstairs balcony , same view but better! If possible.
You can take a walk down to the marina village, eat at the many cafes and restaurants, do some shopping or take the kids to the magic show. The intercontinental has a lagoon pool and bars, restaurants all to sample if you have the time.
