Positive: Stayed for 3 nights in two bedroom ocean view villa. The staff is their star. All of them are super friendly & responsive, always interested to find out how we were and see if we had any need. The estate is beautiful but the real difference was their excellent service. Few other good things - Enjoyed our breakfast at beach. The hotel provided free bicycles so we went around the island in them, also used the snorkel gears to swim at the private beach. The highlight was the island hoping tour arranged by the hotel in their traditional looking boat - swimming with turtles and sunset cruise was an amazing experience.

Negative: The aircon on the higher level did not work well so was challenging to have a comfortable night but this was fixed next day when we brought it up. They filled up the aircon gas and added a portable aircon. Thanks to the team who addressed the issue immediately.
