This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom walk-out oasis sits on the shores of the crystal clear waters of the Shuswap Arm in one of the best locations. Located in the private, gated community of Cinnemousun Beach Properties, this property has it all. There are four large bedrooms in the main house and an additional fully independent guest cabin above the double detached garage. Inside the main house you will find all the comforts of home with a beautiful designer kitchen and modern appliances. The Master Bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite and a walk-in closet. The main floor guest bedroom has a set of twin-over-double bunkbeds. On the lower walk-out level you'll find two more good sized bedrooms with queen beds. Also on the lower level there is a great indoor entertainment space with a wood burning fireplace, ping pong/pool table and a great home theatre set up with a wide selection of movies. A high efficiency laundry pair are available here as well. Out front you will be blown away by the large deck with a fireplace, and large, luxurious hot tub. There is a two level kids playhouse and outdoor games. You'll have access to a buoy and a large dock with it's own boat slip. Both kids and adults will have fun on the attached slide and diving board! Everything you'll need and more is waiting for your arrival. You'll have access to floaties and water toys, kayaks, a 16 foot Hobie Cat and more. Just bring your toothbrush and you be all set for one of the best vacation experiences of your life!
