Positive: buffet breakfast, access to beach, size of the villa and view. The staff friendliness and prompt effort to fix any issues we were experiencing.

Negative: most of the pool was under maintenance, hence we didn't get the full experience. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to finalising booking and or offered a discount for not having the full facilities available. The aircon in the room was unable to change the fan speed and was noisy. It was either full on or full of. The coffee machine in the room was also not working and some of the bed side lights didn't work. When you are paying $800 a night, you would expect everything to be working.
