This two bedroom, one and one half bathroom home is updated and modern while maintaining its heritage appeal. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. The master bedroom has a west facing deck with sliding patio doors and outdoor furniture. The main bathroom has a double shower and a large spa like tub to soak in. The gourmet kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, marble and granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances and large windows overlooking the garden. There is a large dining room for entertaining. Your home away from home with its private backyard, outdoor decks and hot tub make for a peaceful oasis after a day of working or sightseeing.
The entire space is yours to call home. There is a tenanted 1 bedroom basement suite with separate entrance. The laundry room is shared with our tenant. Our well behaved cat Bibi lives in the home and needs to be fed. He is very self sufficient and our tenant will feed him if you take a trip. There is free on street parking.
