Family oriented 4 bedroom (8 people) townhouse convenient located close to all the city amenities. Walking distance to Walmart, Starbucks and restaurants such as Cactus Club, it's also 5 minutes drive from Orchard Mall.
Nicely furnished, bright and comfortable two level townhouse.
Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom , laundry room (with washer & dryer) and the patio.
Upstairs you will find the dining and living rooms, full kitchen (with dishwasher) balcony, powder room and the main bedroom suite (with full bathroom and a soaker tub)
Oh, and an awesome window seat ! Great for relaxing, reading or sipping a glass of an Okanagan wine.
Enjoy festivals at City Park, Downtown area, golf courses, ski hills, orchards, several wineries and our Okanagan lake.

* Important : Due to insurance and strata rules, we required the full names and age of all guests. Please include them in your booking message.
- Property is most suitable for families as the complex is family oriented
- Guests will have access of the Strata rules and regulations which you will need to comply with. (Posted on the kitchen notice board)
- Please follow the quiet time (10 PM - 6 AM) mainly at the balcony as the noise spreads out throughout the complex bothering our neighbors. Our complex is very family oriented and neighbors are very sensitive to noise. **** Strata complains about after hours noise might result the guest to be asked leave the property ASAP ***
- No smoking or vaping.
- Please leave your shoes by the front door. (After all it is a Canadian thing eh!)
- If there is any break or damage in the property please let us know so we can addressed prior the next Guest's arrival. Any damage or item replacement might be deducted from on your security deposit.
- There's one designated parking beside our unit. Additional vehicles need to park on the street after 10:00 PM.
*** Vehicles are not allowed to park anywhere other then designed spots (vehicles might be towed by owner’s expensive) ***
- Please don't leave dirty pots and dishes in the sink or kitchen counters. Please load the dishwasher before you leave
