Positive: The apartment was good and we enjoyed the stay

Negative: We stayed almost one week but they did not change linen. When we asked they said if we need to change we have to pay US$40. Furthermore they collected Security Deposit RM200. At the time of departure they said they will refund it. The deposits are refunded at departure in almost every hotel they charge. I received a message after I came back with a slip stating that refund was made. I have not yet received this refund. I have reported about 4 times but they turned away saying that it has been refunded. It is their responsibility to affirm payment. I am not at all happy about this. Yet not received. It's almost a month since we came back to the Maldives
